Account Manager – London Region

We are looking for an Account Manager to manage and existing portfolio of accounts, seek out new accounts, actively target competitor accounts, develop new markets and react to new business opportunities presented by selling the benefits of the complete OE Electrics product range.

To maintain existing accounts by telephone contact and personal visits, the frequency of which should be determined by liaison with the customer and the National UK Sales Manager. Ensuring you operate within the formal OE Electrics pricing structure at all times. 

You will become a complete solutions specialist and enhance the product offering to customers by delivering competitive and accurate solutions on standard, non-standard and special products. You will need to maintain close relationships with all relevant departments through full and timely communication of all required information.

The role will be based at the OE Electrics London Showroom but will involve national travel as and when required.

Candidates will need the following essential skills

  • Have an electrical qualification
  • A proven track record of sales and targets
  • Be able to recognise opportunities for upselling and cross-selling OE products.
  • Have a thorough understanding of technical drawings
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety procedures and requirements.
