Production Assembly Team Leader

We are currently recruiting for a Production Assembly Team Leader.
This is a full-time position.
All candidates must be able to demonstrate a flexible approach to work and be willing to undertake additional duties as and when required.
This is a full time (37.5 hours) position weekly hours will be a combination of:
Rota a) Monday to Thursday (8am – 5pm) and Friday (8am – 11.30am);
Rota b) Monday to Friday (9am – 5pm);
This role is a key part of the production team. As a team leader you will be trained to lead all areas of production as from time to time you may be required to work and lead in each area.
You will be responsible for ensuring each of the above areas complete all production requirements to deadlines whilst maintaining the company ethos of service – quality – safety.
You will liaise with the relevant departments in regards to all matters relating to the production process including order despatch dates, completing all necessary paperwork whilst keeping the Production Supervisors informed of any issues.
The ideal candidate for this position will be able to lead, motivate and organise a team successfully by completing performance reviews on time, training new starters, ensuring flexibility of colleagues, and improving productivity

- Carry out any other duties as requested by Team Leader and senior management

Staff will carry out the above duties only after adequate training and when authorised to do so by Management. All duties to be conducted according to Company Quality Control & Health & Safety procedures.
